26 is the first of the Row 4's characters to be created. He was originally created in early 2015 by PeachiiPrince on deviantart and tumblr as just a design for her friend, but through a lot of hard work and dedication he's here for real. His design has changed a bit, but his voice is relatively the same. BIO: 26 is a universally known, class S+ warrior. He's got some pretty cool friends, his best friend 23 (Vanadium) is fantastic and he really enjoys spending time with her.
